Вот есть векторные программы в которых очень легко перемещать объекты, буквально взял и понес. А есть рисовальные проги где эти можно рисовать. Так вот я хочу чтобы нарисовал и сразу без лишних горячек или прочих выделений можно было перетаскивать.
