Работаю в самокате, заметил одну странную корреляцию. Когда заказ в элитный жк, где там закрытый двор, консьерж сидит, каждый второй заказ с опцией "оставить у двери". Когда заказ в обычную хрущевку, эта опция попадается раз в 10-15 заказов. Иными словами, в дорогих домах люди на порядок чаще выбирают опцию оставить у двери. С чем это связано? Типа они считают курьеров чернью и брезгуют даже заказ из рук забрать? А ничего, что я трогал пакет своими нищебродскими руками и оставил на нем нищеброд…
